Thanks to Kastalia® Mini, 1: 1 yeast is no longer reserved for the big bakeries but is now accessible to all. Specifically created for consumption of 10 to 30 kg of yeast a week, Kastalia® Mini offers smaller capacity units a real alternative to compressed yeast.
