It is so simple for the baker to create new sourdough breads with devitalized sourdoughs. Nothing else is needed then just adding devitalized sourdoughs in the mixer containing an existing recipe dough to produce several sourdough breads with different sourdough tastes. 1 recipe = 10 types of sourdough bread or more. With devitalized sourdoughs the baker can create easlily and quickly sourdough breads and easily diversify his range of bakery goods. The baker can use them alone or play with a palette of notes with no limit for his creativity.
