LIVENDO® AF200L is a liquid acidifier from wheat that helps lower the pH of dough, inhibiting the growth of certain undesirable bacteria while allowing you to customize your production. This extends the shelf life of bread and prevents spoilage. Easy to dose and blend, LIVENDO® AF200L brings unique aromatic signature to widen your range.

LIVENDO® AF200L is a liquid acidifier which gives to the product an intense acidity and a range of white flour and buttery notes.

LIVENDO® AF200L can be used in all kinds of bread making processes and is particularly suitable in toast bread.

Adjust the level of use from 0,5% to 2% on flour weight according to the aroma intensity required (from 50g to 200g for 10kg of flour). Add directly to the mixer
