It is so simple for the baker to create new sourdough breads with devitalized sourdoughs. Nothing else is needed then just adding devitalized sourdoughs in the mixer containing an existing recipe dough to produce several sourdough breads with different sourdough tastes. 1 recipe = 10 types of sourdough bread or more. With devitalized sourdoughs the baker can create easlily and quickly sourdough breads and easily diversify his range of bakery goods. The baker can use them alone or play with a palette of notes with no limit for his creativity.Rye mild devitalized sourdough brings color to the dough as well as a mild intensity and a range of malty and rye notes.

LIVENDO® Rye mild S76 devitalized sourdough can be used in all kinds of bread making processes and is particularly suitable in pizza to add an authentic style to the final product with less acidity
