Nothing else is needed then just adding devitalized sourdoughs in the mixer containing an existing recipe dough to produce several sourdough breads with different sourdough tastes. 1 recipe = 10 types of sourdough bread or more. With devitalized sourdoughs the baker can create easlily and quickly sourdough breads and easily diversify his range of bakery goods. The baker can use them alone or play with a palette of notes with no limit for his creativity. Wheat mild devitalized sourdough brings to the dough a mild intensity and a range of wheaty and malty notes. Wheat mild devitalized sourdough can be used in all kinds of bread making processes and is particularly suitable in cereal bread or country bread to bring authenticity, a strong character and a rustic style to the final product without too much acidity.
