We have a comprehensive range of yeasts, sourdoughs, and dough improvers and conditioners to meet the needs of artisan and industrial-scale bakeries. To comply with organic certifications, we ensure full traceability from raw materials to finished products.

GMO-free solutions

At Lesaffre, our aim is to meet the increasingly diverse needs of bakers and their customers. Today, that includes providing an extensive portfolio of products that are free of any genetically-modified organisms. Yeasts, sourdoughs, baking mixes and improvers are available to create a wide variety of GMO-free bread products.

environmental impact

We are taking actions to make our activities ever more sustainable. Our initiatives range from reducing the environmental impact of our plants by using water management systems, to offering yeasts without external cardboard packaging. Our network of 66 production plants brings us closer to customers, reducing our logistics footprint. In the bakery, our solutions to extend the shelf-life of products help to reduce waste.
