On the Lesaffre&Moi application, we collect data on you when you visit. These data allow us to propose to you tailored offers and services, and to send you, directly or via partners, customised communications and to measure their efficiency. 

These data also enable us to adapt the content of the application to your preferences and to draw up application use statistics. 

When you block trackers, it is on the device you use only. Consequently, blocking applies only for that device. If you log in with another device or if you delete the data stored in your device or the actual application, you must reset your consent parameters. 

About trackers

Data collected
When you browse in the application, trackers use a digital ID (mobile ID) that can re-identify you during your future visits.. According to the processing and the tracker type, additional data such as browsing data (pages visited, clicks made), IP address, scans performed, etc. can be associated with your digital ID. Additional data depend on the processing: this information will be specified, when necessary, in each section.

Our subcontractors
Our business obliges us to call on subcontractors, for whom we use trackers for the carrying out of the missions assigned to them:

• Our subcontractors charged with analytical solutions (AB tests, audience measurements);
• Our subcontractors charged with communication (Push campaigns, emailing);
• Our technical subcontractors;

Recipients depend on the processing concerned: you can find this information in each tracker section by clicking on the information icon of the section concerned

Essential trackers
Essential trackers are those that do not require your consent. You cannot block these trackers.
The aims of essential trackers are to:

• Save your configuration parameters for future visits (such as the language and country chosen) ;
• Monitor new application installations (App store);
• Generate traces should an application crash.

Statistical trackers
Lesaffre is responsible for the processing of the data collected and treated. On the basis of its legitimate interest, these trackers are intended for the generation of website anonymous visit statistics with an aim to optimising website ergonomics, browsing, and contents. Disabling these trackers prevents us from analysing website traffic.

Deleting your data & account

In order to delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the “Profile” section in the app
2. Click on the “Parameters” button on the top right of the page
3. Select the “Delete my account” button in the profile parameters
   
4. Enter your password and select “validate”
5. Your account and all its related information is now deleted.
